Who I Am

Hi, I'm Gerelyn. I am a relational trainee psychotherapist, working in Falmouth, Cornwall.

I offer a thoughtful and honest space where you are heard and respected, to be able to explore any issues that are consciously or unconsciously limiting you.

My practice is influenced by several relational modalities, including Transactional Analysis, which draws attention not only to what is said, but also to the deeper patterns in how we relate to ourselves and others.

Trust is something we develop together—at your pace. We engage in this process together to create a relationship of understanding, empathy and potential for positive, lasting change.
